The inspiration of Merrilees Parker and Bernadette Fitzpatrick is a young and modern london based company. Both partners have years of experience working with some of the UK's top chefs and for the last 5 years they have built pink into an established premium catering company.
Merrilees is also a seasoned Television presenter. She hosted “Food Uncut” a 200 part series for UK TV. She is a regular on ITV’s Saturday Cooks and Daily Cooks. As well as the main host of “Planet Food” a food and travel series for Discovery, The Travel Channel and recently aired on BBC 2.
With flair, originality and care this dynamic company excels at providing each client with a tailor made food offer of the very highest standard.
PINK has a unique approach to catering, set up by two true ‘foodies’ whose ‘hands on’ philosophy means they remain involved in all day-to-day operations. For PINK it is all about taking great ingredients, cooking them simply, presenting them stunningly and serving them to the customer in an efficient and friendly way.
